As this graph shows, the use of online and blended learning formats has increased dramatically since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is reason to hope that schooling will return to “normal” in the future.
As a result, many schools are looking for teachers who can provide compelling, successful educational experiences, whether completely online or through a blended learning style.
Universities, colleges, and other adult learning environments are all looking for experienced online instructors, with online professor salaries averaging $89,123 in the United States as of August 2021.
Who are the program’s instructors?

Her continuous research on Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices (OEP) for development demonstrates her commitment to inclusivity and social justice.
Martin Weller
Prof. Martin Weller is an Open University Professor of Educational Technology. In 1999, he directed one of the university’s first online learning courses, and he now directs the OER Hub, a group that performs research on the efficacy of open educational techniques.
Prof. Weller, like the previous two professors in this course, is a dedicated researcher whose contributions to education cannot be emphasized.
